E-Government Risk Optimization Capability Measurement

Bureau XYZ strived to facilitate the realization of good governance through electronic government (e-government). There were various information systems that implemented as part this effort, one which was mail management system. has an Information Security Management System (ISMS) using ISO 27001:2013 standards. Nevertheless, optimization and technology risks necessary ensure implementation software in accordance with capabilities objectives organization. Therefore, it measure capability level determine actions need be taken improve security risk implementing software. This study aimed obtain system's process, find out gap between actual desired provide recommendations for improvement according COBIT 5. measured EDM03-Ensure Risk Optimization process. The assessment results showed EDM03 process at Level 1 (Performed) had a value 2 from level, 3 (Established). Recommendations also included help organization achieve based on results, list findings, validation work products.
